1. What is bpo5000™
In a nutshell, it is the world's first browser-based macro recorder. It allows you to easily record web surfing and replay it.
The web browser is probably the most frequently used software today, but many tasks are repetitious: checking on the same sites everyday, remembering passwords, submitting to search engines or testing web sites over and over again. With bpo5000, you record these tasks once and then let bpo5000 execute them whenever you need them.
Any combination of browsing, form filling, clicking and information gathering can be recorded into a macro and bpo5000 even assists you during the recording with visual feedback.

3. Does bpo5000 work with every web site?
The macros recorded with bpo5000 work on
almost all sites.
BPO5000 Does not work with:
- REALTrans.
- Infinity
- BrokerPriceOpinion.com
If you think you have found a web site where
bpo5000 does not work please let us know.
We are very interested to hear of such cases and
will assist you in finding a solution.

4.HOW DO I SCHEDULE TASK FOR AUTO
ACCEPTANCE ? |
BPO5000 is fully compatible with all standard task schedulers, including the built-in Microsoft Windows Task Scheduler.
The Microsoft Task Scheduler is part of your Windows system. It "hides" in the "Control Panel" folder, which is located in the "My Computer" folder on your desktop.
By using Task Scheduler, you can schedule
tasks such as bpo5000 or system tools like the
Disk Defragmenter to run at a defined time that
is most convenient for you. The Task Scheduler
starts each time you start Windows and runs in
the background, checking if any scheduled task
is due. With Task Scheduler, you can schedule a
task to run daily, weekly, monthly. A daily task
may be repeated as many times throughout the day
as you would like. This is extremely
handy to catch those elusive bpo orders.

5. WHEN I PLAY A
MACRO NOTHING FILLS IN ON THE BPO FORM. WHAT IS
THE PROBLEM? In this instance, there
could be several different answers.
A. BPO5000 requires the bpo form to be
on the first tab. If you scroll to the
bottom of the page in the bpo 5000 browser you
will notice, There are tabs at the very bottom
of the page. Right click on the tab with
the bpo form and select "close all other tabs
except this one". This is most typical
with IAS, REALTrans, PAS and other forms. Please
see the graphic below.
B. MAKE SURE YOU ARE RUNNING THE CORRECT
MACRO. Some BPO companies have several
different forms and we have tried to name them
as close to the company name as possible.
For instance, FARVV has quite a few forms, thus
we have different names for those forms.
Its OK to try each one until you get the hang of
which macro works with each form. If you
use the wrong macro nothing will fill in.
C. If the above solutions do not work,
contact us right away. There may be a new
form or perhaps the form was updated by the
vendor.

6. WHY IS THE
STATE INCORRECT? |

fields that are set by default and can be
changed by the user. Please see the

where is the
program getting the basement, condition and
other information?
Just as in the answer above, these fields are
set by default and they can easily be changed by
the user. (please see graphic above)

8.when I
play the macro, the data goes in all the wrong
places. What's the problem? |
| The problem is in your .csv file. A.
The file has to be saved as glenfied.csv
B. The file has to have the required number
of fields. no more or no less.
(If your MLS requires separate
fields for the house number and street name.
Please contact us for custom scripts.)
C. The comps must be in the correct
order. 3 List Comps,3 Sales comps and then the subject
(optional)
