  1. What is bpo5000^TM
  
  In a nutshell, it is the world's first browser-based macro recorder. It allows you to easily record web surfing and replay it.
  
  The web browser is probably the most frequently used software today, but many tasks are repetitious: checking on the same sites everyday, remembering passwords, submitting to search engines or testing web sites over and over again. With bpo5000, you record these tasks once and then let bpo5000 execute them whenever you need them.
  
  Any combination of browsing, form filling, clicking and information gathering can be recorded into a macro and bpo5000 even assists you during the recording with visual feedback.

3. Does bpo5000 work with every web site?

The macros recorded with bpo5000 work on almost all sites.

BPO5000 Does not work with:

• REOTrans
• Infinity
• BrokerPriceOpinion.com (currently in beta)

If you think you have found a web site where bpo5000 does not work please let us know. We are very interested to hear of such cases and will assist you in finding a solution.

4.WHAT IS THE DOWNLOAD LINK?

The download link along with the product key has been sent along with your product key with your initial purchase.  But, Just in case here is the link:

5. WHEN I PLAY A MACRO NOTHING FILLS IN ON THE BPO FORM. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?

In this instance, there could be several different answers.

A. BPO5000 requires the bpo form to be on the first tab. If you scroll to the bottom of the page in the bpo 5000 browser you will notice, There are tabs at the very bottom of the page. Right click on the tab with the bpo form and select "close all other tabs except this one". This is most typical with IAS, REALTrans, PAS and other forms. Please see the graphic below.


B. MAKE SURE YOU ARE RUNNING THE CORRECT MACRO. Some BPO companies have several different forms and we have tried to name them as close to the company name as possible. For instance, FARVV has quite a few forms, thus we have different names for those forms. Its OK to try each one until you get the hang of which macro works with each form. If you use the wrong macro nothing will fill in.

C. If the above solutions do not work, contact us right away. There may be a new form or perhaps the form was updated by the vendor.

6. WHY IS THE STATE INCORRECT?

BPO5000 has several fields that are set by default and can be changed by the user. Please see the graphic below.

7. where is the program getting the basement, condition and other information?

Just as in the answer above, these fields are set by default and they can easily be changed by the user. (please see graphic above)

8.when I play the macro, the data goes in all the wrong places. What's the problem?

The problem is in your .csv file.

A. The file has to be saved as glenfied.csv

B. The file has to have the required number of fields. no more or no less.

(If your MLS requires separate fields for the house number and street name. Please contact us for custom scripts.)

C. The comps must be in the correct order. 3 List Comps,3 Sales comps and then the subject (optional)

9.the bpo vendor that i am using is not in my bpo5000

10. I don't have any macros on the side of my bpo5000 browser.

If you do not have macros on the side of your bpo5000 browser the path to the macros needs to be adjusted.  In the bpo5000 browser GO TO TOOLS>>OPTION>>PATHS, Look for "folder macros" and select the browse tab. Then proceed Public/Public Documents/bpo5000/macros or Shared Documents/bpo5000/macros for Windows XP.  You may also need to change the path of the datasources folder as well, this is accomplished exactly the same with the only exception is to choose the folder bpo5000/datsources. Once you make the changes simply close bpo5000 and open once again.

11. HELP!!!!! How do I set up my MLS.

Each MLS throughout the county has a different method of setting up the  custom export.  If you are not familiar with your MLS you can simply use the HELP function of the MLS and type the word export in the text box.  This should give you an option to assist you in getting set up.  Additionally, you can contact the tech support at you MLS board, they will be able to quickly walk you thru the process.
